Best Idea: What’s Yours Is Mine

Saoirse Kelly,  MSc Entrepreneurship, won the Best Ideas prize for her innovation What’s Yours is Mine and was awarded a £1,000 Engineers in Business Prize

What’s Yours Is Mine (WYIM) is a platform where university campus students upload pre-loved clothes in exchange for tokens. Users give their items a new life and can swap clothes with people who share a similar fashion sense.

Saoirse said: “The best part of WYIM (not including saving the planet whilst looking chic) is that you get to meet people from your university or other universities in your area. When you check an item out you meet up in person to swap items. If you share the same fashion sense, think about what else you could have in common.”
