First place: Gamsity
Gamsity is a pioneering educational platform that melds the thrill of gaming with the fundamentals of engineering education. It offers an array of interactive, narrative-based games where students tackle real-life engineering problems, from troubleshooting a malfunctioning vehicle to designing sustainable solutions.
This method bridges the gap between theoretical study and practical application, making learning not just informative but truly captivating. Targeting engineering students and educators, Gamsity stands out for its engaging approach to education. For students, it offers a break from conventional study methods, turning learning into an adventure. Educators will find it an invaluable tool to supplement traditional teaching, providing students with practical experience and a deeper understanding of their field.

Positive feedback
For the last four years we have been supported by the Engineers in Business Fellowship, who have funded prizes for our entrepreneurial engineering students and alumni, and offered mentoring to our Flare award winners. This funding enables our enterprise team to engage further with our engineering students, encouraging them to launch and develop their innovative ideas. It’s been a privilege working with the EIBF and we look forward to working with them for many more years to come.
