More Prizes for Engineers in Business Winners

This year the first prize winners in the Engineers in Business Competition (EIBC) will receive appealing new prizes as well as cash prizes ranging between £1,500 and £3,000 depending on the structure of each university’s competition.  

Existing sponsor, Purple CV, is extending its generous CV package to include the first prize winners of the 32 university competitions that are currently running. This is in addition to the CV packages already awarded to winners at the EIBC Champion of Champions Final, which this year takes place on 26 October 2020.

The EIB Champion of Champions winners will also receive one year’s IPSE Plus membership which provides a wide range of advice and support services to start-ups. Some of the competitors in the finals are aiming to start their own businesses, so the IPSE membership will be a tremendous asset.

Inspiring Entrepreneurship Book

Cambridge University Press will be presenting each of the winners at the Champion of Champions Final with a copy of Professor Dick Whittington’s new book, Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The book provides a solid foundation in business and entrepreneurship that will help winners with an entrepreneurial ambition to launch and run a business. The book contains a wealth of valuable information on entrepreneurial business development for both digital and non-digital businesses.
